  I will never return to this place. We were disrespected and ignored by our waitress. We ask another waitress to get something for us because ours was no where in site. She said we needed to wait for our waitress. I work customer service and that is not how you respond to someone at all. This place is poor quality to where I up and walked out because I was so disappointed on the disrespect we recieved. I will never be back at all. I honestly get better customer service at a fast food industry than I did here.

  I ordered the Grilled Chicken on a bun. Wasn't overly impressed with it- cheap bun, chicken rather thin. I've had better. Mozza sticks and dill pickle spears were very good. The 7 others seemed to enjoy their food and were happy. Served in a timely manner. Price was fair I thought. Even with 3%tax. For my meal it was like 65cents. I would return. 8/10.

  Always good food, cheap. I haven't taken advantage yet, but the prices of beer are very appealing, as well. I have recommended it as a great value spot to friends, family and clients and they all report satisfaction. Encourage you to try Chuck's Roadhouse.

  Although the food pricing here is pretty decent as far as restaurants in London go... Their new 3% tax is a bit annoying considering their service is not very good! The service is slow and some of the wait staff are not very attentive! I have been here several times since it opened in London and have found that the size of the servings have already started to drop and the quality of some of the meals have lost their luster. I'm not saying to not go to this restaurant but just go in knowing its limitations and it's new 3% mandatory tax! Unfortunately due to my poor service the waiter took the brunt of this new tax by a severely reduced tip that also reflected his inability to serve!!

  First time there. Nice place. Lots of TV screens w/various sports playing. Sat on bar side. Showed up with 8 people. Service was top notch. Stayed approx 2hrs.

  Good prices, great service. Better overall than what we expected. Burgers aren't huge but very tasty. Fish and chips 2 piece was more than my husband could eat. Steak was just right. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Our food arrived faster than we expected for a Friday night. We were a party of 5 adults, had 3 alcoholic beverages and 2 pops, 5 entrees but no appetizers and our total bill was $87! We left there feeling very satisfied. This was our second experience at Chuck's, first at the London location.
