  Excellent online service and experience. I ordered online an indoor bike trainer with accessories. They provided good service by quickly communicating a long lead item issue which we resolved, and answering all my technical questions with recommendations. I received my shipment within 3 working days (Canada post standard shipment), well boxed and all items where accounted for. Thank you Edward.

  Just bought my first road bike and received excellent customer service. Dave was most helpful and took the time to answer any questions I had. I didn't feel pressured at all. Looking forward to a great relationship with Champion Bicycles.

  My only regret is I cant give them zero stars. I bought my bike and other accessories and spent around $700 in their store. Not a lot to them I suppose, but a lot to me. I was told that I would get a "free" service after having the bike for 3 months. After 3 months I left the bike with them and when I came back I was told that my brake pads had worn out and they replaced them. I paid $22 for them. I got home and looked online and saw they cost about $8 everywhere else. I called them back to inquire about the price discrepancy and the guy I talked to said that he wasn't able to charge me the correct price because he didn't have the necessary bar code to scan. I asked him why I should pay more than what they're worth rather than less, considering it was his fault, not mine. He just gave me a "too bad" attitude. It was clear to me that he knew that I knew very little about bikes and I wouldn't be aware of what the brake pads were worth and he could charge me extra. During the whole episode he was disrespectful and dishonest. He had the same smart alec attitude that you can see from their responses here. My advice to others is take your business elsewhere to someone who appreciates your business and wont cheat you.

  I live fairly close to Champion and go there probably once every 3-4 months. Every time I have been greeted with supremely friendly and personable service, and they have been able to remedy whatever problem I have had quickly and at a very low cost. I have had trouble with my brakes a couple of times and both times they cleaned up other problems or oiled my chain without even asking. Thanks Champion!

  Unfortunately, it is not a very welcoming environment. Any time I take my bike to this location to be repaired the atmosphere feels negative. I was looking for a bike shop in the downtown area and asked fellow bike friends and heard the same reaction.
