  Has a wide variety of books from casual reading to research on a vast amount of subjects. Most books can be located at this location or you can order in store or have it delivered to your location. Chapters is good for people from 0-120 years of age. With many subjects to help you select the best book for your needs or search it on the online databases located in store. Chapters is great!

  I'm kinda used to the racks of books at the drugstore or supermarket, and the discount prices at Walmart or Costco, so I find this place amazing, almost overwhelming. The best sellers are the same low discount prices, PLUS, tables, lots of tables, piled high with books at a fraction of the regular price. And you can save even more with the indigo plum loyalty card.

  You can browse online, order to pickup at the store, get fast home delivery, or just pick out the books you want so that you are on a mission when you go to the store and don't get too sidetracked.

  If you are a reader, you've found your place! Just set aside more time for your shop than you expected. Although there is lots of staff and fast checkouts, you could be in and out in a few minutes.....but why would you? With thousands of books on thousands of subjects...and a Starbucks, you could tuck in for the winter,( or summer).

  I went here in search of something to read during my mini vacation and the staff was VERY helpful. It was a very busy day for them (Christmas was just around the corner) and yet everyone was friendly and didn't seem flustered at all. I was specifically talking to an employee named James and he was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond helping me find the perfect books to read (even though my request was a strange one). His recommendation was great. I really enjoyed my experience. Thank you :D

  Great place for more than one reason! Not only is their selection of books essentially unmatched in the city, they also offer convienant amenities which makes the whole trip almost an adventure. You can sit down and read in comfortable spaces, and also venture to the Starbucks to get a coffee and maybe work on a laptop for abit. Staff are very respectful and the atmosphere is comforting and quiet while also not being a ghost town. For children there is a whole section for them as well

  Great store. Like the people. The saddest part is if you are collecting a serious of books. The take the books of the shelf and nobody can tell you where to order those books?

  And you will get sidetracked, even on the way to checkout. Gifts, accessories, seasonal goods, chocolates, and even clothing items piled high to tempt you....did I mention chocolates?
