  The back of the store is cluttered, but I have no problem with that because it's just textbooks. Meaning they have everything in stock most of the time. Very helpful and friendly staff.

  Staff are usually rude which is helpful when you're spending $100s of dollars on books, which they probably haven't bothered to order enough of. I would suggest trying to find books on amazon as they are usually cheaper, you don't have to wait in a line for two hours and they are actually delivered on time.

  WILL get extremely busy at the beginning of each semester, but they handle it very well with a line up outside and only allowing so many students in at a time.
