  The car came back looking better than before. They detailed the inside and outside, and matched the colour 100% bang on. Very friendly staff and the loads of exotic cars in their parking lot tells you they are a trust worthy shop. Im very pleased with the result.

  I had a fairly large collision repair done here in the Spring of 2017. Despite it being over 100km away from where I live, I went with this shop based on their certified status with my vehicle brand and very good reviews. I will say up front that the quality of the final repair was great, no complaints. That said, there were communication issues leading up to the appointment but they were addressed with minimal difficulty. There wasn't much communication during the repair process, but again, this wasn't a big issue. I travelled to the shop on the agreed upon day and time to pick up the car. Upon closer inspection, there was a trim piece that was still noticeably scratched and not repaired. I brought this to their attention and they apologized and offered to keep the car until it was fixed and deliver it back to me. Disappointing, but I appreciated that they would go to that trouble. Finally, after all was said and done, there was still a discrepancy between the work they did and what my insurance company would cover of several hundred dollars. I got tired of trying to get to the bottom of it and ate the additional expense. Great work once it was finally done, but several bumps in the road and me on the hook for extras in the end.

  They just finished repairing my Jaguar F-Pace. Incredible job, fully cleaned inside and outside for pick up (middle of winter and car was filthy). They worked with my Insurance and helped with not being at fault for a “grey” area accident. They also took care of my rental vehicle completely, drop of and pick up.
