  I have nothing but good things to say about Ricky Ratchets. I was really discouraged by other local, big-name car mechanics who treated me like an idiot because I didn't know much about cars. From the moment I first spoke to Ricky Ratchets on the phone, to my first trip in, they never made me feel "stupid" because I didn't know much about car repair. Since that time, I have returned to Ricky's for routine maintenance and last-minute repairs. They have always gone above and beyond to work with me, my car, and my schedule - everything from same-day inspections, to my car being dropped off in my driveway after being fixed. Thank you so much to the entire team! You've got a customer for life! :)

  I was warned by many people that most auto shops and mechanics find faults which do not need repair when you go for safety, especially when they know that the owner is wanting to sell the car. - This did not happen at Ricky Ratchet.

  No way this place only has a 3.4... they are 5+ I have taken my vehicles to Rick and his crew for a number of years now and am simply amazed each time how great they are. Car repairs for me use to be a very negative and stressful experience. I can't thank Rick enough for the ease and piece of mind he gives me each time I need to bring my car in. He is very knowledgeable, gives very accurate quotes most times even comes in under what he qoutes. If you ever find yourself looking for somewhere to take your vehicle you gotta check this place out, it's not about the bottom line for them it's about relationships and treating people right. Thanks again guys

  5+ stars to Ricky Ratchets! Quick & amazing customer service! Called for a safety inspection appointment and was told to bring it in right away. Dropped my vehicle off, and they offered to drive me home as they thought it would be a few hours wait time. As soon as I got dropped off I had a phone call from them saying the vehicle was ready and they would be delivering it to my house! Payment was accepted right at my front door! They even gave me a “thank you” package with candy and a car charger. This is a family run business and you can tell based upon how much they value their clients. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. I will also be back for any future auto repair service I may need! Thank you SO MUCH!

  Amazing staff, with some great quality work being done inside this centre. It really says alot when you are 36 years of age and have never not known this place to be in existence ... the rating that I do see if 3.4 is a complete sabotage of a place where you can clearly tell that the persons employed here are treated great, with a pay and possibly a benefit package as well. Therefore great work is achieved! They have only great quality cars for sale, at all the right prices. There is truly something here for any and everyone. Such beautiful cars, there is no need to look any further.

  There were only small repair reported which I knew about already. The safety and repairs were done in time. I actually called them an hour ahead of schedule and they had the car delivered to me with a thank you gift. Also, I didn't have to go back to the shop to pay, they sent the driver with the machine so I could pay and take the car right away.
