  P.s : I saw the car they are giving me just once. That too at night. When I requested to see the car again. The guy was like the car is not with us now. It's at some other locations. Very disappointed. Again worst experience of my life

  I had to have service done to my car so I came to West gate Honda to have it addressed. They did a good, quick job and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they charged me a lot less than I was initially quoted. Overall, it was a good experience. Another guest brought their pup with them and it made the 40 minute way for the service a pleasure.

  I can't stress more, than the excellent customer service I receive from Westgate Honda. I was given the confidence that my vehicle had received all the proper maintenance.

  I rate them at three stars because the quality of their work is fine however I do not care to pay Honda dealership prices. They appear to oversell their customers as to what work needs to be done on their vehicles. I feel sorry for many of these vulnerable customers who do not know enough to challenge what they are being told.

  Your estimate (for which I paid $56.88 + tax) to repair them was as follows: replace rear brakes and calibers which were said to have seized $1142.00 + tax, front brake service $65.00 + tax and flush brake system $89.99 + tax. The cost for them to replace/repair my brakes including flushing was as follows: $562.89 + tax. The calibers did not require replacement and were serviced for $99.00 + tax. The front brakes did not require servicing. Your estimate for brake inspection/repairs/flushing was $56.88 + $1142.00 + $89.99 = $1288.87 + tax. Your competitors actual charge was $562.89 + tax. This amounts to savings of more than $700. Reading through my receipt fro 2 1/2 years ago I have noticed that there is a 3 year replacement only warranty which I will be pursuing with the hope of lowering what I paid even more.

  The primary reason for my appointment was to complete recall work which was done in less time than estimated. The secondary reason was to determine the source of a newly developed whirring noise when backing up my vehicle. I regret doing this as the source was found to be faulty brakes. I say regret because I have had to have brake work done on my vehicle when it was less than 3 years old, July 17, 2015. I felt that I should go back to the shop that had done the work.

  Went in to buy my first car here cause a friend suggested this place. However I was shown a used car 2016 which was at the end of the day costing me as much as new 1. I went to the guy I was dealing with and he got the manager out to talk to me about it. He then started threatening me with court case lawyer and what not. Being a new comer as a student in this country I felt being taken advantage of and felt very intimidated. I strongly recommend students or new comers to this country or town to steer away from this dealer ship. Owner please note. This was the worst customer experience I had I my entire life. I felt like I was robbed in day light.

  Bought new Honda Civic Sedan in Westgate 2012. Recently went to Westgate buying a cabin air filter for replacement before Christmas. Mark Graham treated me very well for the part purchasing. I appreciated his business sense to treat me as next car buyer through Westgate. Mark could be a good sales man, believe my sense.
