    Today they told me you can get 40% off your purchase and after I spent an hour to find a good cloth, they said it does not apply to clearances. Why not saying it clearly at first?

    The staff were very friendly and helpful in order for me to find what I needed. Sometimes very specific sizes might not be available (especially in jeans) but that's expected I guess.

    The customer service at this location is minimal. No one ever offers to help you or cares that you're in the store. I think in the 8 years I've been shopping here, 1 person has said Hi while I was shopping around. The prices are ok but seem to be increasing year over year which is disappointing.
