  I've gone here for about 18 years and never had a bad experience! There was a bit of a mix up with the booking of my latest [last-minute] appointment; I requested a cleaning appointment to be booked during a specific week, but there was a misunderstanding and I was booked for the week later. When I showed up for what I thought was my appointment date, there was a little confusion, but they didn't send me home. Instead, they were able to find a hygienist to schedule me in between her patients. I'm so thankful they were able to accommodate me and very pleased by this awesome patient care!!

  I wanted to have my teeth straightened so I had Southwest Dental fit me with Invisalign Braces in November. It was so easy to get them fitted, and it has been great so far wearing them. I will be finished with perfect teeth by April. I would recommend them to anyone that feels they have always wanted to correct their smile. Southwest Dental is a first class Dental Office.. thank you!

  We were referred to Southwest Dental to have work done on my husbands mouth. They charged 200.00 for what they call a consultation, which I have never heard before. We paid the fee and waited to hear from them. We were waiting for an entire total of what his mouth would cost. My husband works all day from 10 to 8 p.m. They claimed they called all the time, but nowhere does it show on his phone until last week. By this time we have gone to another dentist for a free consultation and all of his work is finished. I reached out to Southwest for a refund and they refuse. The only thing they did was an xray and told him his teeth needed to be cleaned! 200.00 non-refundable. Beware and ask alot of questions before you ever pay what is usually not charged if no work is done. The other dentist we eventually went to had never even heard of this type of fee before. Do your homework
