  Dr. Richard is a wonderful woman. She looks at the whole person, not just the condition you have. She is patient, kind, gentle and understanding. She treats you with dignity and respect.

  I was diagnosed with cancer at 24 and I am now 32. Dr. Richard is not only a professional who understands the industry and the profession, but she understands ethical human conduct. She will treat every patient kindly and with the highest respect. Even as a survivor, if I go in with a regular cough or a fever, she will treat it as a priority. I URGE you , male or female, to see her. She is one of the reasons why I am now pursuing this field. The staff, the office, the atmosphere, all of it is 100% delightful. I am very pleased and I Wish her all the best.

  Doctor Richard is not the kind of individual my partner and I will be going back to. She was incredibly snobby to my partner for asking simple questions. This is a difficult time for us and she didn't seem to care in the least. I understand that seeing this kind of thing so often may desensitize someone, but if you're in this business and your bedside manor is this atrocious I feel heartbroken for anyone else who will see her.
