  Called at 9 pm for a power issue at a retail establishment that needed to be addressed that night. The pleasant woman who answered the phone took my information and told me that she would contact their on-call electrician, who would in turn contact me shortly to get more details and directions to the location. I received the call at 6:55 am, just shy of 10 hours later. If that's what "on-call" means, then I don't think they should be saying you'll be contacted "shortly". And if you're already 10 hours late to the problem, you might as well wait for business hours and not finally get around to doing your job at dawn.

  Thanks for scheduling this job so quickly. Chris and his partner did a great job. It looks like you have a great crew. They were very friendly, neat and clean and they even provided the bulbs for the lights which was a very nice touch that was not expected.

  Had an outdoor hot tub installed and I couldn't be happier. The two service guys did a clean installation and were very cheerful guys. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
