    After having a terrible experience with the management at the Apple Store in conestoga mall Waterloo, online customer support suggested I go to London location and attempt to rectify my situation there. I was ready to leave behind Apple when I entered the store. As instructed I asked to speak with a Manager and got Michelle. Michelle listened to my issue, understood my frustration and in the end took my return even though technically I was outside the time window due to the fact the Waterloo location advised us we had 90 days to return. She in my option went above and beyond what she was required to do to restore part of my faith in the Apple customer service I have grown to enjoy over my relationship with this brand. I will continue to go to the Masonville location for future Apple purchases. Michelle saved an Apple customer with her willingness to work with me. Thank You Michelle!

    I can honestly say I have never had a worst customer service experience than the one I had at the Masonville Apple Store. The manager (middle-aged man named John) became passive aggressive and eventually, openly hostile to both myself and my 13-year-old son after a simple, non-confrontational discussion about whether or not Apple would replace my son's Mac screen vs. providing us with a new device. At one point, he actually mocked us by imitating my son's voice. I have been a loyal Apple user for the last 10 years and would switch if I wasn't so linked into the Apple ecosystem. Truly disgusting behavior from any adult, let alone a manager in a customer service role.

    Best and most reliable technology ever. Saving up for the AirPods now. My family is all apple and apple is the best tech store ever. I’m always going to stick with apple.

    The customer service is very unprofessional. The genius bar employees pretend they know more than customers and they use big tech terms to show off they are right /know what they are talking about, but truth is most of the questions you ask they even do not know how to respond. There is a big contradiction between what apple says about what they do for customers and what actually this store's employees do.Apple should re-train all of employees again.

    I’ve always had a great experience here. The employees are very knowledgeable and nice. I’ve bought several products from this location and have always felt valued and never left with any questions. Whenever I have had a problem with my Mac, they have fixed the problem free of charge whereas bestbuy tried to charge me $700! I will always shop here when I can!
