  Mike and Mary both heard the sensitivity to my order for a sympathy flower arrangement for my work, and with their patience and understanding, jumped through hoops to give me the most beautiful bouquet for the service. I have used this florist for many years and know of its reputation because my grandmother lived just around the corner when I was young. The Owner of my company and the staff absolutely loved the arrangement and were so proud to see this it had represented them at such a difficult time. Thank you so much Mary and Mike for your wonderful talents and kindness.

  I like this place. It's a smaller shop but the quality and variety are very good. Most of all, the staff is very helpful and talented in pulling bouquets and arrangements together. I don't have that talent so I need to find someone who can make me look good! Regency is excellent for that. I thought the pricing was quite reasonable. I'll be back.

  Outstanding experience ordering from Regency. The ordering experience was very simple. The bouquet came on time and was phenomenal, they clearly have talented employees making the arrangements. They are definitely keeping my business.

  I live in Toronto I recently ordered a floral arrangement for a friend in London.The service over the phone was phenominal & the arrangement was gorgeous & raced about by the recipient & her friends. I can't recommend Regency enough! Thanks Mike.

  Okay place for flowers. I like it better than forest of flowers. Friendly staff.
