  I recently bought some roses from Turnball flowers and they last almost 15 days. That to me shows the quality of flowers that they carry. I will be going back again to buy more and this will be my first choice for flowers.

  Being a half minded guy I always seem to leave the important details until the last minute, and Turnbull Flowers did an amazing job of coming through in a pinch. They also have amazing flowers, that 2 weeks later were still in full bloom. None of the 2 day and dead grocery store flowers ever again.

  Called for same day delivery for my gf's birthday. I explained what I wanted over the phone, gave them my budget and they took care of the rest. Needless to say my gf was wonderfully surprised at her work and loved them! Highly recommend!

  I have shopped Turnbull Flowers off & on for the last 5 years. I have always been pleased with the service & quality of the flowers and home furnishings. I recently needed their services for 2 out-of-town last minute arrangements and they came through with flying colours. If you would like to get an arrangement that stands out, then I suggest you give Dyan at Turnbull a call!

  I had placed a very important order of flowers for my girlfriend in the morning/afternoon on a FRIDAY for same day delivery. I had asked the lady over the phone if they would arrive the same day and she ensure that they would. I had requested a delivery time for the evening to arrive by 6pm. She said she couldn't guarantee that time and it could be after but it would make it that same day. I acknowledged this as I google mapped TURNBULLS location in relation to the delivery location and saw it was only 8 min away. After telling girlfriend I had a surprise delivery for her that day I was highly disappointed that they did not arrive . I called first thing the next morning which was SATURDAY to find out what had happened and the lady i spoke to seemed very nonchalant and not at all sincere in her apology as she did not explain how she was going to fix the issue or when she would be able to deliver it. "I" had asked why "I" had to call her to investigate the issues and why "I" wasn't called or notified that the delivery didn't make it to its destination. I had asked if it could be delivered that same day. Again the lady ensured me that it would be delivered same day and I gave her the new delivery address as my girlfriend was at a different location for the weekend. Again I google mapped it and the delivery location was only 13 min from TURNBULLS flower shop. Again no delivery on SATURDAY. I called again on SUNDAY morning and got voicemail and no reply. I did look online again for store hours and they where closed. Needless to say they were finally delivered on SUNDAY despite the actual store being closed. After just moving to London this is my 3rd bad experience with flower shops that have lack of communication with their customers and not keeping their word on delivery dates. Not too sure why they tell customers one thing and do the next. On a positive note i appreciate they delivered it when they were closed. I wish they had better customer service recovery as I have been looking for a flower shop in LONDON to send a $100-200 arrangement of flowers out each month. (Potentially $1200-$2400 annually) not a huge amount of money for them since they have been around since 1955. If they have been in business over 62 years they should know it is easier to keep existing customers by keeping them happy and satisfied as opposed to going out and acquiring new customers.
