The staff at Harris Funeral Home were attentive, caring and extremely professional. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service they gave my family.

Possibly the most kind hearted and soothing people I have ever encountered for a service. A man by the name of Steve who works at the Harris Funeral Home helped me with possibly the most heartbreaking moment of my life, the passing of our first dog, of all things. He died last Sunday, while I was home alone as my mom was showing our youngest dog near Staten Island. All the veterinary clinics were not open, and the animal emergency service here in London responded god awfully to my call. They recommended that I put my 130lb-140lb dog in a freezer!! I get that the lady was trying to do her job, and maybe this wasn't an emergency because he already passed, but I couldn't believe what she was telling me. Never would I have guessed the moment I found him that I would be getting help from a funeral home. Steve was very respectful during the whole ordeal, and he calmed me down quite a bit. They were courteous enough to call around asking for information at pet cemetaries and crematoriums, call me back very quickly, and then offer to pick him up themselves when they didn't get anything. Obviously they couldn't prepare his body there, but they kept him there until my mother came back from the US and took him elsewhere. Truly blessed and generous people, and their arrival was very swift. Angels and absolute experts in their work!
