  The pick up location is great as long as all you're doing is picking something up and won't need to rely on customer service in any way. Went to look at some dressers yesterday and they were sold out of the colour we wanted but they were expecting another delivery today. I asked if there was a number I could call to check inventory before driving there again and was given IKEA's 1-866 number. I just called and have learned there is no way to check inventory of any item at the London location.

  Fast pickup. Great & cheap delivery service vs dragging the kids out on a 4hr there and back trip to Burlington to pick up their furniture. We got lucky and as Trofast toy storage bin was in fact in stock in white colour we were looking for. Bam!

  I was maybe a week past the 45 days on the receipt, HOWEVER- the order didn't even reach my door until 2 weeks past their suggested delivery date. So I didn't even have the items in my possession for 45 days. So they refused me refund even after speaking with management. I ended up with a store credit. It was over 100$ I didn't really want a store credit at this point, knowing I'll be paying for delivery again, what's the point ? Not happy with their customer service. I didn't have the family card with me which would habe extended it to 90 days and the lady wouldn't even help me look up the number. Defiantly not impressed.

  Quick pick up. Good service. I was out in 10 min with the dresser that we ordered. Very convenient.

  So I either pay the $20 delivery fee or potentially waste my time and fuel to go and check.

  Ugh where do I start... horrible service.. I returned some items that were delivered to me. 2 lamps - one was missing the lamp shade and the other had a torn lamp shade. And some other unopened items that didn't work for me.
