    I really enjoyed coming into Leon's. The staff were amazing, the furniture is so nice, and the warranty is awesome as well.

    I have been looking around at many stores these past few months and i have not found anything that suits my interest. But, as soon as i walked into Leon's i found so many beautiful pieces of furniture. From the time i walked in, everyone was such a big help and I finally found My couch as long as many other beautiful pieces to add to my living room: such as pictures, vases, pillows, and blankets. my living room is exactly how i want it to look because of this store. I couldn't be happier with the outcomes of that.

    Ordered a stove that arrived dented after waiting 2 weeks for delivery. We then had to arrange to swap them out ourselves as delivery wasn’t available again until early January. Nothing like having to pay extra for someone to deliver your stove properly ... poor resolution skills on Leon’s part after delivering a defective product

    We bought a sectional and received great customer service that was educated, quick and efficient and was followed up with a personalized thank you card. Delivery was quicker then promised. Great experience well surpassed previous furniture purchase experiences. We will go back to Leo's for our next furniture purchase.

    We ordered a dining room table and when we received it there was damage. We called the customer service and sales dept and they were great by offering us a brand new table. They arranged a time with us to deliver and even though they promised us a brand new table, Marshall, the delivery team lead, refused to replace the base of our table even though the company promised us a brand new one. Not only did he make the executive decision to not replace the base of the unit, but he was extremely rude and told us that, regardless of the conversation we would have with the store manager, they would be siding with him. We ended up calling the store and the customer service team graciously offered us a new base for the table or a rebate. We decided to take the rebate solely on the fact that we didn't want that man back in our house. Otherwise, the sales team and customer service team was great.

    I came into Leon's furniture not knowing what i was looking for, Until a sales person came up to me and suggested my husband and I buy the Hilary Sofa - Charcoal for only 699.99. That's a great deal! We than came to the front office which was filled with nicely dressed ladies; they were all so polite and very helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions.

    All these furniture places have the annoying high pressure sales tactic, so I don't think I need to say much about that... But the customer service left a lot to be desired. A family member bought a couple of mattresses online, and opted into the thing that asks if someone other than the credit card holder would be picking up the order. My husband and I went and were told we couldn't pick up the order, because we didn't have the credit card for the online purchase. It took forever, but they finally refunded the online credit card and we paid out of pocket. But. They didn't give us the Boxing Day deal, so that was another half hour messing around to get that fixed.

    The last thing i am here to mention is the warranty. Which is so amazing. I have had my couch for about 2 months now and my 2 year son had poured milk all over it. I gave Leon's a call and their customer service department was so helpful with everything,. They helped me make an appointment with Zucora who came to the house to remove the stain. It did not end up coming out, so Leon's being the family company they are replaced the whole couch.
