  I bought two identical twin mattres, and they delivery two different mattresses, and two different box. When I call there the seller person became angry, because I complained.

  And last time I bought a set of dining table from him. He promised me the product would be ready within three weeks. But the product came in six weeks. He said that the supplier didn't have the product in stock. Why don't you check with your supplier first before you make a promise to your client? This guy is always trying to find hundreds of excuses for himself, but never admits his fault, never apologize to his clients.

  The boss told me the delivery time is 4 to 6:30pm. But the delivery guys came at almost 7pm. The boss even didn't say sorry to us. He said he was trying to deliver all the things to clients before the long weekend. He thinks he is doing me a favour. But I don't think any reason could be an excuse for him not to give his client proper service within the window time he gave us, even without an apology. He toughly said that if I don't want the product, he call the delivery guys back and return the money to me. Is it the right attitude a seller to his client? What a f**king bad experience.

  Great store with a large selection fitting any budget! After searching all over London this was the only store where they went out of their way to assist me to find exaclty what I wanted. Everyone that worked there was super helpful even offered to stay late to accommodate my work schedule. Can't wait for my new furniture
