  BUT , this company is one of the biggest all around Canada for offices/school-supplies, today I couldn’t find a documents’ clips that hold the paper next to the laptop’s screen,

  this kind of things should be found here because it’s impossible to find it any where else. I think having this things for sale in more professional than felling the shelves with toilet papers

  Great service and that is with a smile! Huge amount of Inventiory with their Price Match Guarantee in play! The people here at Staples are not too intrusive when you shop ... they usually just come down the isle when it is busy and say 'anyone need any help' ... when it is less busy they may be more on your tail, but still are only asking if you 'would like some help', they are friendly about it, that is for sure. It is not an annoyance. If anything it is a big help because of what one may see, ten of the same thing, all only to be seperated by a two to five dollars difference in each items prices ... so in a way, by some assurance the customer care / service representatives wondering the store it is actually a good thing, getting their opinions of one item over the next is great asset, for myself personally. It is very easy to say 'just looking' as well if asked, and they will not be back unless you look literally confused or initiate chat. Staples is a highly recommended store.

  When I need to do small colour printing jobs I always send them to Staples. The price is good, location convenient to pick up. The price per copy makes it worth not wasting the toner in my printer. And the staff at the copy centre are excellent.

  The other thing today that even if company is trying to only carry the good stuff for sale, but that doesn’t mean to sell the expensive things and not having any thing cheaper, for WiFi adapter; The cheapest one was 31 dollars without taxes and goes up to 110 in other prices, these things could be found on Amazon for 8 dollars, that is a big big big difference , management has to take care of these details because it’s not a mini market, it’s a huge company and it has to offer what every customer needs.
