  Lovely store and love love love the service I received. Prior to my purchase I was in the store and admired something that I have been looking for. The sales person (Alisa I believe) printed me information and put me on a call list to contact me when this item was on sale. Very good marketing and training informative but not pushy. BUT now that I purchased it with white glove delivery not a word from the warehouse. I personally ship were I work and would let my customer know that we received their order and est time it would leave the warehouse. Now it's up to me to call customer service to have them track my delivery. The store could not give me this information at purchase and did mention I would be contacted but 2 weeks with no information isn't the best after care. My 5 stars is for the store negative fr the warehouse

  My experience at the London urban barn was everything that I expect from a retail establishment of the caliber. They let me look around at my leisure then when it looked like I might need some help, a very lovely young woman approached to ask if I needed help. She went in the back to look for a throw that she thought would suit my description. It was sold out and she showed me others that were similar and told me that if it didn’t work that the one she was thinking about would be in their next shipment. I bought that throw and it worked perfectly. I would recommend urban barn to any of my friends and family. Kelly

  I purchased a 30' diameter ornamental iron wall clock for our family room fireplace from Christine at the London Urban Barn store. She couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant if she tried. It was a pleasure dealing with her AND I soo loved the designer products in their store. I'll be back .... trust me!!

  Bought dishes from here a few weeks ago and love the dishes so much. They look fantastic and they're light weight... I can't stand when dishes are super heavy. They do well in the dishwasher too. The only thing that was mildly annoying was they didn't carry 4 sets in the store so I had to order them online and wait for them to ship to the store... it was fast though it took a week to get them. Good thing I didn't need them ASAP! I also wish someone from the store offered to help me load them in my vehicle.

  Love shopping at the urban barn. So much to see. Love the homey feeling you get as you walk around and admire all the beautiful items in the store. Brought my mom in and she fell in love with all the unique items that they carry. Eric and the other staff was very helpful and very friendly, answered any questions that we had, will definitely be back.
