  Most of the staff are lovely there and it's prices and cleanliness is what you'd expect from any No Frills. But I had a bad experience where one of the employees gave me a really hard time for giving food to a homeless boy outside the store. I understand that it can be bad for business to have someone there asking the customers for help, but I was shocked that he would slap my wrist for wanting to help someone. I've had a bad taste in my mouth ever since.

  For traditional no frills prices, service and selection, this shop won't let you down. An older store with updated facilities. If you are a no frills shopper elsewhere, you can shop for your you usual items in their usual places, fast. You will also find a dollar section in the middle of the store. Lots of specials with lots of quantity, fast checkouts, ample free parking... what's not to like?

  Gary's no frills is the best No Frills in the city (tied with north end ;) Cleanliness, shopping carts that work, and a low-traffic parking lot simplify your trip. We all go to Loblaw now and then but are we kidding ourselves because you will pay $60 at No Frills for what would cost you $105 at Loblaw or superstore. Just saying.

  Has a great selection. Produce is always fresh. Even when busy it doesn't take long to get checked out. Most of the time the staff are very friendly. Today I went through the express and the young lady working didn't seem too thrilled to be there

  Cheap prices, lots of items, good deals. Day staff likes to stuff overstocked items in front of other items that are in stock so some in stock items often appear out of stock. Be sure to shuffle items around to find what you are looking for and check dates to make sure perishable items have been rotated properly!
