    I started at BPM about a month and a half ago and I have already noticed huge changes in my body, my energy level, and my diet. Eddy and Justin are two of the most amazing trainers, they are consistently pushing you to work as hard as you can and are really helpful with your form, they care about your success which is hard to find! Not only do they help you with the fitness part of your life but they also help you perfect the nutrition aspect by reviewing your food logs! On top of the trainers, everyone that trains at BPM are so friendly and welcoming, a great group of people to work out with, I am so glad I found BPM and I love being a part of the community. I can't wait to see what the future holds and what my future body will look like!!

    I have been going to BPM for a few months now and I love it!! I have been weight lifting and working out for over 15 years and was previously a PT. After looking for something new and different than a big box gym experience I came across BPM and have enjoyed every class! I love seeing the results from putting hard work and effort into the short but intense workouts :-) Eddy, Justin and Colin make your experience worthwhile and enjoyable and share in only wanting what is best for you! On top of that I love the holistic positive experiences with every workout! Definitely worth checking out a class if you get (or make) the opportunity!

    I love this place! They've built a encouraging community with great workout sessions. Non-pretentious and no intimidation factor. Everyone's warmly welcomed and inspired to hit their fitness goals, what a blessing on London fitness!

    BPM Fitness is a great facility. Eddy and Justin Darling do a terrific job at motivating you and helping you stay on track. I have been working out for years but they are helping me to tweak my form and to push harder. The BPM community is an excellent resource for people looking to make positive changes in their lifestyle. The members are constantly inspiring one another, showing each other respect and support, and holding one another accountable to their commitment to health. As someone who has been interested in health since I can remember, along with my training as a nurse, I know the importance of a holistic approach to health. This is the key to Eddy's teachings. This is the secret to your own success. Take ownership and present your best self to the world.

    Have done a few sessions at BPM and it's awesome! Great community feel which brings motivation and liveliness to your workouts! Colin the trainer makes every workout exciting and full of laughter. Good option for those looking for something new to amp up their fitness regime!
