  Staff are phenomenal, the gym is clean, ALL the trainers are excellent( tho Rick is more Excellent than others !). Equipment is new ! the youth class is perfect for kids... parking is free ! the great gym managers make this place rock -----why go anywhere else !

  I can't say how much I love this place. I have been to many gyms before this one, and those other gyms don't match how much love these ladies and gentlemen do for this place. The smoothies are fantastic! The place is always clean, and organized. They offer plenty of classes for just about any kind of fitness class you could ask for. The price is right! The staff is absolutely amazing, and I love the location. If your serious about health and fitness this is the pace for you. The best gym in all of London Ontario.

  This gym has an atmosphere unlike most other places. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They not only greet you by name, but they get to know you and encourage you on your journey towards your fitness goals. The space is kept very clean and fresh. The equipment is less than 2 years old and is in top condition. With true 24/7/365 key fob access you can come in whenever suits you best. I've been a member since they opened and I don't see that changing.

  Love it! Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Many classes to sign up for and even a youth workout! I tend to go for youth workout classes so my daughter and I can workout at the same time!

  This has to be the best gym in London. Open all the time (even christmas) and clean clean clean ! Great staff too !
