  I'm so sad that they are closing! My heart is COMPLETELY BROKEN! COMPLETELY! I loved this gym so very much! I loved how it was never so crowded, I love the way the cardio machines are displayed at the front, I love the way the lifting gear is at the back, I love the pool located in the middle..I love the sauna..clean washrooms...Too bad, it really is a classy wonderful gym! My heart is broken!

  The change rooms and shower areas as dirty and look like they never get cleaned. The machines dont get whipped down. Bad hours.

  However, they do have a great array of equipment and it's never busy. Probably because all they care about is the money.

  I have a free membership through work so I don't have to worry about cost that some people complain about. The weight room is massive so space is never an issue. Always clean and machines work. Only complaint is the hours, wish it would be open later on Fridays and the weekend. 5pm is too early to close on Sat & Sun but then again the gym is pretty much dead at that point.

  I just returned from a family visit in London, Ontario. I was in the city for 6 days and visited LA Fitness 5 times. I have been in fitness gyms for more than 50 years. LA Fitness in London is a fitness enthusiast's version of 'gone to heaven'! The equipment, cleanliness, staff, atmosphere, locker rooms …all were wonderful. I now am back in central British Columbia experiencing withdrawal from my workout times at LA Fitness. Thanks to the staff at London LA Fitness!
