  Rona - Home & Garden is an awesome store that has literally thousands of products that are for indoor and outdoor use, the staff are excellent and really know what they are talking about ... that is for sure ... the store is kept clean and the isles are easily recognizable, plus kept free of products and debris.

  Just called there to request they put something aside 2 items for me for tonight. I checked online and there is limited stock. ( I am purchasing it for a Christmas gift ) I expect a bit better customer service then, "yeah, we don't do that" and "buy it online". Didn't ask if I wanted to give a deposit, (which I gladly would have), didn't offer a alternate solution, no, I can check stock for you, etc. I didn't want to drive all the way there for nothing. Lazy, and poor customer service.

  The store is a complete mess, way too dark, the staff are incredibly rude and have no idea what products they actually carry. Wandered around for five minutes before I was able to find someone to help me find a simple item, was then directed to the back corner of the store only to find out ten minutes later after finally tracking down another rude staff member who informed me they don’t carry what I was looking for.

  Great staff, you can collect Air Miles. Only trouble is walking in from the roads. No sidewalks through the parking lot. Not pedestrian-friendly.

  I Went to this Rona to buy a mitre table saw When I found one I liked it turned out it was the last one left being the display model I spoke to a manager named Dave about getting a discount because the box was open and I couldn’t be sure all the pieces were in the box and the saw looked like it had been used. The manager was rude and short about getting a discount but I decided to get it anyway since i needed one for a job that day and they had 15% off tools and save the tax deal on which I found out cannot be combined which was disappointing but understandable after the manager packed up the mitre saw I took it to the front to pay when the cashier scanned it I did not receive either discount and was told since it was a clearance item i would not receive any after talking to another manager and waiting about 10 minutes they figured it out and I received the 15 % off tool discount it took an hour to buy a simple tool because staff didn’t seem to know the promotions the first manager I dealt with had zero customer service skills I won’t return here I’ll stick to Home Depot from now on.
