  Changed my address and my car insurence premiums bumped up over $1000 for the year. Was originally paying $160 per month they bumped up to $220 per month. I got another broker off lowestrates.ca and now my insurance is $107 per month and has more coverage. I've taken pictures and added them to Google reviews as proof so you can see with your own eyes. Buyer beware.

  Just like J Zak mentioned, changed my address and hey raised my monthly payment by $40 dollars and on top of that they wanted the payment with the increased fees to be paid BEFORE i even moved to the new address, with the excuse that if they did not do that, the monthly fees would be higher. The broker, a woman for security reasons i will not name her, very rude, un-willing to help and un-willing to do anything for her clients. By far the absolute worst service i have ever had with a broker. if i could give it 0 stars, i would!!!!

  Awful customer service. Truly could not believe how rude their reps were. Ontop of that, they got away with ripping us off for months. AVOID!
