    I really appreciate Peoples Jewellers' service at Masonville Place (London Ontario) and would give them a five star credit. Here is my testimony. I bought a necklace and a ring from Peoples many years ago and meantime I bought Warranty for them which requires me to go back to the store every 6 month for regular maintenance. The insurance really worked out well since the small diamonds fell off time to time and Peoples repaired them for free because of the Warranty.

    I hope I can give them 0 star. I was standing there for 30 minutes, and no one is greeding me. They even did not pay attention to me. They just tried to up sell on customers. So I will never come back again.

    Recently I realized some of the diamond fell off again, when I go back to Peoples, I was told that my insurance was voided because I have missed the 6 month schedule. It was sad but I accepted it. Like every insurance, there is condition to follow, just a lesson learned.

    I get that your store sells diamonds and that Christmas is a very busy time but that does not mean when a man and his young son look around the store they should be ignored. My fiancee had nothing but bad a bad experience here when trying to buy an engagement ring. He was clearly interested in a purchase otherwise he would not have taken a young child into your store. He was there for well over 20 minutes without a sales represetitive even agnologing his presence. Your loss he crossed the hall and went to Charm Diamond Center.

    My diamonds started falling out during supper, I'm glad I bought the full warrenty 5 years ago....the rings are being reset cleaned reset. The girls were so nice. Thank you for helping me out!!!

    Sent engagement ring away for service before destination wedding, expressing clearly that it was needed back by certain date, which was agreed to.

    Called to get update a few days ahead and was told they sent it back out for additional service, no call or consulting with us. Luckily was able to catch it bc we called. If we hadn't, ring would have been sent out and would have been out if town on date needed for us to leave for destination wedding !

    Even more, my "Voided" Warranty was graciously given back and continued. I really felt honored to be Peoples Jewellers' customer. Thank you Peoples! I really appreciate.

    Then my jewelries were sent by Peoples for cost assessment for the missing diamond, of course they were too expensive to repair. When my necklace was picked up, I found that the pendulum was broken into two pieces. Then I called the store to ask what happened to the pendulum, they said they don't know and it might happen during the transportation, but I was told that they took full responsibility for it. Since the store no longer carries the same kind of necklace, The manager went extra miles to find the exactly same necklace from their sister store and gave it to me for free! I was speechless and humbled for this, I really did not expect to get a brand new necklace for free! The store owner told me that this is their policy, and they stick to their credit and values.
