  For a place that was struggling to stay open a few months back... I think your customer service is whack. We ordered a pizza for my kids but we had insufficient funds. It took two minutes to get the money around the corner from us.. He said he was too busy. We figured out our funds within 20 minutes we called back to see if they could redeliver our premade pizza. The guy on the phone asked the delivery guy if he wanted to come back or not. This my friends are why businesses have trouble... We were even going to pay extra for them coming back.. I guess they would rather lose money than suck it up and do your damn job and deliver boy

  I like the pizza! My concern and it seems to be happening at more restaurants is that the employees are providing a higher bill than it truly is. When I called them on it they just looked at the cash register and fiddled with some buttons and said it was the lower correct price. No explanation given. I wouldn't have thought anything of it and chalked it up to human error but it has happened to me 3 times at other restaurants lately. Seems to be a trend! Employees can pocket the difference. Be sure to pay attention to your bills!

  Horrible customer service! WAS a regular customer despite the rapidly deteriorating service & frequent errors on orders. Like one pizza recently wasn't even attempted to be cut. Order extra dipping sauces that they are able to charge me for, but can't figure out how to put them in the box. Called store to let them know & employee Daniel says he'll put us down for a free medium pizza to make up for the mistake. Actually try to get this free pizza & get called a scammer! Done with this place , honestly woulda been done long ago if I didnt live a block away. Wow just read some of the reviews & it looks like I'm not the only one. This business must be an embarrassment to the papa johns name.

  If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered this Friday and chose to pay more to get the salted caramel chocolate chip cookie (8.50). They sent the regular without the topping and silly me called and asking they redeliver the correct item in exchange for the incorrect item back. They tried to charge me 8.50 again, I said no I just want what I ordered... They then told me I have to call back in the morning to talk to the GM. Then I told them no I want what I ordered and they told me I'd have to pay delivery. I insisted that I would not and they hung up on me. I called back and got hung up on again. Then I called a third time and they finally sent me my order.... It shouldn't be this difficult!

  I love papa johns pizza however the customer service at this location is consistantly not on par. 4 times now I have received garlic knots without the butter or seasoning. Upon calling to complain I am offered a free garlic knot order next time I call and order however trying to redeem this is very frustrating as I have to speak with 3 different employees who are each as incompetant as the next and I have to repeat myself over and over again.
