  I enjoy going to this establishment. Super helpful and friendly staff......wold have gotten the fifth star if it weren’t for one staff member. Asian lady who seems to find some reason to either hold me up or stickle about something or another. Not to be meant in general, their staff is awesome.(save this one employee) Too bad, because if she continues to single me out........a place that I enjoy going to will be losing a great and recurring membership customer. It seems like she has just decided that she doesn’t like me....which is unacceptable under any employee/customer relations.

  This place brings back some great memories for me (on both Jumbo Video and Microplate sides). Nostalgia aside, this place gets it all right. Come here if you want to find old school games, collectables, accessories, pop culture items, game/movie rentals, FREE POPCORN, and much more! I could drop a paycheck here for sure. Thank goodness for self-control. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. Definitely should drop in to see what these people have to offer!!!

  All the service is awesome except for one “Asian” girl whose always giving my husband a hard time jakes awesome friendly all the white girls are awesome friendly that one “Asian”girl needs to learn how deal with coustmers instead Of being an ignorant oblivious Person who needs to learn the customer is always right expessially when we’re paying for movies non stop for years and not to mention renting new releases a lot if this girl wasn’t so ignorant to my husband I woulda gave 5 star reviews the white people are actually okay I’m no racist but it seems the “Asian” girl is rasist towards my husband always singles him out and I’m sick of it I pay for movies non stop and this chick needs to be fired cause I would have canceled all of our stuff jakes been cool he knows me and my family and treats us with Curtosy and so do all of the other workers except this on chick

  Glad to have a store around to rent. I get games and often there are titles that have been gone for months, I think someone needs to check stock a little more often and take cases of the shelf of needed.

  Games and movies for good prices and in great condition also you can rent stuff there and that's just amazing in this day and age
