  The popcorn has gone down hill. It was burnt and hard. Molly's Game was amazing, wish it had been playing at Landmark, there popcorn is great and there are free refills on the large.

  It would be really nice if your website said wether or not a specific showtime was sold out. I drove all the way to the theatre only find out that the movie I wanted to see was sold out. Their website is also very hard to buy tickets off of. It's very slow and it took me about 30-45 minutes to buy a ticket because the website wouldn't load certain pages or process my payment.

  Haven't seen a wheelchair accessible elevator but the theatres and concession are all on the main level.

  The new seating allows more room and a much more comfortable experience for watching movies. Also, if you have a preferred seating location, you can now reserve your favourite seats while booking your tickets at the regular screens and not just VIP.

  Saw my first movie in the new seats at VIP Westmont and boy is it worth the extra money. Not only do the seats recline back but the foot rest comes up and you can adjust your headrest separately too. There is seat service for food and alcohol with digital payments accepted. The fact that there is a 19 year old age limit is very beneficial to your experience not having to worry about talkative children or teens. Also the row of seats in front and behind have extra space so you can't hear the other people if they are talking and extra tall people don't block your view.

  I will be using this VIP experience more often in the future and I suggest you give it a try as well.

  The seats are Lazy Boy comfortable with loads of leg room, it is easy to book tickets online and skip all the line ups and the prices are reasonable, especially on Tuesdays. The popcorn is pricey and not so tasty. I don’t usually tend to buy food when I go there though.
