  Went to Chop for the second time to celebrate our anniversary. We both loved our meals (chicken taco app, Rib eye steaks, NY-style cheesecake and rum cake for dessert) the flavour and juicy cook on our rib eyes was perfect! All the food was delicious and our waitress was attentive and personable. We had a technical issue with our method of payment but the manager (mike?) was awesome at helping us sort it out! It isn’t often that restaurants have great service and patient managers that take the time to help work things out when, really, he could have just told us to forget it and use a different payment method. Very impressed! Will definitely be back :) thanks for making our anniversary dinner such an enjoyable experience! Side note: we love the great music they play at Chop!

  Great service, great food and relaxing atmosphere. The wine selection was vast and the waitress was very helpful in selecting a bottle for the evening. The steak was well cooked and ready in a timely manner. Overall a great first experience!

  Thanks for having us back Mike. Just to let you know we had lunch at the Chop House for Valentines Day. It was an excellent experience. The food was spectacular as well as the service. We will definitely be coming back with our friends to take advantage of your kind offer. I would highly recommend the Chop House for future dinning. Cheers M.

  Good lighting, decoration, big booth. Ordered the top sirloin steak with mashed potatoes. Took forever to come- mashed potatoes were cooked great. Stringy Onions where salty but good. Steak was cooked to my liking- medium but was cold. Still ate the entire steak as it was but would of been way better if it was hot.

  We had high hopes for this place. Decor and service are top notch however the food leaves something to be desired. I ordered the sirloin steak full meal deal. My appetizer was a delicious French onion soup although a bit cold but I wouldn't have said a bad word about it if it wasn't for the rest. For the main I got a cold bite of steak and old fries. The meal for 4 was 250 with tip. The steak bite I got was maybe 3 Oz of cold chewy material probably purchased at price chopper in a frozen bulk sale. When I say 3 oz I'm being generous. I asked the waitress if there was maybe a mistake and I was served from the kiddie menu. She assured me this is the typical size of steak. ( it was about the size of a deck of cards but no where near as thick). I'm not sure how it was prepared but I suspect it was boiled briefly in hot water then left to dry and cool before it was presented to me in all its gray glory. Maybe I dressed poorly or something. Maybe I was on a prank show.. Who knows.. Worst steak I have ever purchased out in my 50 years out and I have had some real winners believe me. Even my ex girlfriend's grandma who once served me a flank steak cooked on a tinfoil covered electric BBQ was nicer ..Sad.. I truly feel robbed. Especially after what I was charged. The cost for the piece of "meat" I was served couldn't have been more then 75 cents. Why not toss me 2 pieces? I suspect it would have become a choking hazard.
