    Voice message states: "2016 and 2017 Consumer Choice Award winner" which is questionable from my experience and other reviews. Our telephone tag ended when they quit the game without notifying me. I left 10+ messages over 2 days and the response to the email I sent was to call and speak to someone...if only that were possible. I found it too time consuming and a waste of my time so decided to take my business elsewhere. Initially I was refused a cash refund by Groupon, but eventually Heritage Painters agreed with the following response: "Heritage Painters can appreciate and understand that some customers getting frustrated when calling into our office and getting voicemail. We clearly ask on our voicemail message that customers leave 1 message for us and we will call back as soon as possible for we are in high season and dealing with a high volume of calls. We do call all customers back within 24hrs and if we get their voicemail we ask kindly again they leave a message and we will get back to them. This customer called us on 09/27/17 and L/M which we returned, by leaving a return V/M. There was again messages left by both parties on 09/28/17. Since the last message left, this customer has felt it is appropriate to call numerous time – back to back – trying to get through – all while interrupting the work flow of staff. Today alone – she has called 10 times in 4 hours and left 7 messages. We will not deal with any form of harassment and will not take a risk of putting staff on her property in fear they may be treated the same."

    Very professional and knowledgeable!!! They work very efficient and clean!!! Stunning job painting!!! Looks amazing!!! I highly recommend!!

    If you want to deal with a company that is unreliable, inefficient, and downright rude, then this is the outfit for you. Steer clear of Heritage Painters at all costs.

    Left message stating that i have tried many times to get through but I keep getting their voice mail, and they should just leave a date and time of appointment on my voicemail and I will leave $ in mailbox. And that I was upset with their phone service.

    Worst experience with this company. Bought their Groupon took months to get an appointment. The morning they were set to come for 9am they showed up at 10am. We were told there might be extra if there were too many gutters. So we had a credit card ready at the end he said no charge just need the 14 cash for the tax. Who keeps 14 cash in their wallets. And instead of just saying we will invoice you or you can call it in. He started to argue with me and called me people like you. Threatened to come if it's not paid. Seriously ?!? Get a grip and way to lose an future with working with us again. Obviously the man doesn't know how to handle customers. We won't be back ever.

    Got a call back from owner who got progressively angrier at me for message . When I said I had now left 5 messages trying to get an appointment, she not only still didn't give me date and time, but went on to say angrier things and then hung up. Yes really. Weird customer service.

    Tried many times to get through. Left messages and they did call back but time frame was unpredictable 1-3 days after. Would call them right back and couldn't get through.

    She did yell at me that it was their busy time of year so I would guess she is stressed and over reacting unpredictably.
