  This place has been absolutely horrible to me, extremely rude, and I would never recommend anyone I know to visit this location. I was extremely disappointed.

  The next visit I was speaking with a cashier and another associate came up behind the register and made snide comments in regards to an inquiry I was making. I was simply asking about a price confirmation (as it turns out the wrong sale label had been placed on the item) and this associate made comments regarding the original price and how I shouldn't even be asking that question. The best part was she was making the comments to the cashier - not to me - as I stood in a long line. I only bought the bare necessities and left.

  Your telling me this multi-million dollar company can't offer any other treats for dogs with allergies? Last time I go to this new Highbury location. I like Pet Valu better anyways. DOGS LIVES MATTER!!!

  They offered my dog a treat. I asked if they were chicken free because my dog has food allergies. She said, "No sorry".... So I'm waiting for her other option of treat, but no other option is given.

  Wonderful experience! Best place to take Dog groomed. All the staff inside were super knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back again with our dog and visit soon ❤❤❤❤

  I was quoted 45$on the phone for a bath brush and nails which I thought was very reasonable - when my dog finished up and I got the bill it was $70 ( after the discounts) - I saw the ferminator brush out and it was a brief go over - the groomer that washed him was not really attentive and 'at her car' when I came to get my dog . I'll go to the $10 wash at Pet Value and do it myself next time. Really expensive for the service I received. I don't need the BS write ups - just what I paid for - wash brush and nails. Nails were done very well - that's why it's a two stars .service needs improvement.

  The first visit as I was speaking with a sales associate, another associate walks up to the two of us and starts telling the other associate what they could let me touch (while I was standing there) and watching me through every aisle. I felt like a criminal and couldn't wait to leave.

  I got my puppy groomed in here. Got a 3$ off for next grooming and also a 10% off for next purchase. Staff were very good, helpful and polite.
