  Highly recommend. Staff is caring and knowledgeable and treat all the pets as if they were their own. People get top notch treatment too! :) Wouldn't think of going anywhere else

  Have been taking our puppy to Neighbourhood pet clinic since January and cannot say enough about their staff and clinics. Always great service! If you have a new puppy, look into the "puppy plan"

  Highly recommend this vet clinic - On the pricier side but you get your money’s worth with the attention and care that they provide. Our dog Chester went in for an aural hematoma surgery on Dec 12th and we showed up unannounced the next morning due to some complications with the wearing of the cone and they kept him the entire day, and took the time to go through 3 rounds of bandages and cones (without charging us) before they could get the problem relatively solved. With the surgery being on his ear the cone is 100% necessary to try and prevent the shaking and scratching at his head - but after witnessing for themselves the cone was collecting snow the tech took the time to trim and file down the sharp edges so Chester would eat/drink and actually attempt peeing without his head catching on too many things.

  Warm...Friendly...and supportive approach to caring for your pet. They prioritize the health of your pet while providing a risk assesment regarding what is immediate and what can wait. They are fair and honest with treatment options as well. Our 17 year old cat is thankful for the support Westmount Neighbourhood Pet Clinic provides.

  Cannot thank them enough for making this progress as easy as it can be for both my wallet and Chester - fingers crossed he continues to recover without too many checkups between now and next weeks official appointment.
