  5 stars for sure. I am still blown away that Andy and his team have been able to tackle, reduce, and alleviate the chronic pain that I've experienced for decades in my neck and back. I thought I'd be stuck with it for life. Just a few treatments and I'm already feeling so much better and healthier. Thank you so much!

  Attended this clinic for months post concussion. Have nothing but great things to say about the entire compliment of staff there from the reception staff, yes, you Sherry :) to the massage therapists Sheena and Claudia, and my physiotherapists Karen and Andy ( who i would like to add have several skill sets above the a "regular" physiotherapist). The team is understanding, knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. They helped me on my long road to recovery and supported me a 100%. Treatment was something to look forward to instead of being a chore. Would recommend them to anyone!

  I have been going to Lifemark for 4 years and Claudia has been my massage therapist. She is wonderful. I have aches and pains, mostly from my job. I see her every couple of weeks. I always come out feeling much better. You can tell that she really cares about you and your not just a number. I would recommend Lifemark to anyone that has any aches or pains.

  Sheena is very friendly and knowledgeable, assessing your needs and explaining what she will do for you. She continually learns all the new techniques and how to properly perform them. Whenever I go for my massages, I know I will leave feeling 100% better.

  Fast and friendly service. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment, thorough assessment and therapy regime. Convenient in that they auto- submit to my extended health benefits provider, text appointment reminders and ptovide online exercise plans.
