  When calling in to talk this through the response that I get from the lady who always answers the phone is 'let me talk to the plumber then you call me back tomorrow'...... Sorry? What kind of customer service is this? In my opinion you messed up not me you should be calling me back!

  Not happy and honestly I wouldn't recommend seems to me like a new person is possibly running things? Owner is out of the business and its not being run properly.

  I've been getting the same work done on my rental property for years by the company. The company up until now has been amazing however the last two experiences with them have been absolutely awful. I am curious if you have recently hired a new plumber?

  I have been using this plumbing company for 17 years. Mike Pope was an amazing man as well as superb plumber. His son is running the company as well as his father did. Great service.

  Made an appointment last Wednesday Feb 14th to have a tech come out and do an estimate on moving some gas lines for my stove...the appointment was made for tonight Feb 21 @ 4p.m....4:30p.m. I call and talk to a woman telling me they are running behind just finishing up a job and will be there....5:35 p.m. got a phone call from tech, not sure how u can do an estimate over the phone but that's what he did....not coming to the address to do one or for us to ask question....is this really how you do estimates...not a happy customers, if that's what we are....seemed like we not important ty for nothing

  Called this plumber on Friday evening when we got home from work. Drain in our tub leaking. Needed a plumber As of today no call back. Not impressed with their 24/7 service.

  I am now stuck with a bill which is double that I pay because one guy decided he needed someone else to do the job with him? Furthermore, the work was done only about two months before and it shouldn't have been needed again so quickly.

  I get the same work done about twice a year as I have some vines and trees growing in my pipes. I had work done in about August and only a month and half later I needed someone else to come out and perform the exact same work? Usually it's only needed on a bi-yearly basis. The second time someone came out they decided to charge me double what I usually pay because they had decided to send me two people!? Without contacting me to explain why two people were needed.
