  I needed to buy a specific brand of oil and this is the only place that had the oil in stock. He had the oil but didnt have the oil filter. So I decided to go somewhere else for the filter first.

  This guy was selling an oil filter for 15 bucks but didnt have it in stock. I asked the guy if he can send me a quote of the filter so i could use quote to get a price match at a different place, but I just said I wanted the quote. The guy was paranoid and refused to email me a quote and insisted that I come in instead to get a paper copy instead.. He's like never in my 17 years has anyone ever asked for a quote. Must be living under a rock. He's even like you trying to get me in trouble or something? why would that get you in trouble unless you're doing something illegal. Long story short I end up going to another place to ask if they can price match this guys filter cost and they said they needed proof. I told them id be back since I'm already heading to this location to grab the oil and the quote. I get to this place and this guy comes out angry as hell saying I don't appreciate you using my price to get a better deal at my competitor. He said that his buddy at the other store messaged him saying he's trying to price match. The guy refused to even sell me the oil because of this. WHEN did it become a crime to price match and to get a reasonable deal? This guy even lied afterwards and claimed he didnt even have the oil out of spite for my trying to price match. According to him he ended a friendship with one of his friends because his friend tried to price match one of his prices. This guys an absolute nut job. Don't ask this guy for quote and definitely don't talk about price matching with him, apparently "its weird to price match". His words.

  Replying to your comment below: You chose 3 times to not even acknowledge what I said. The fact that you said you suddenly didn’t have the oil right after your anger outburst about me price matching shows how you are as a business. These are your words “ I don’t like people price matching take your business somewhere else” and then you have the nerve to suddenly say with sarcasm “you know what, I don’t have the oil, I thought I did”. And yes you did refuse to give me the quote so stop bullshitting. Listen buddy you chose to deal with this in the most unprofessional way thinking that my story wasn't ever going to be heard. News flash, there are forums, media outlets that voices people experiences. You think I'm going to let someone like you disrespect me like that. People have a right to price match if other businesses allow it and you condemned that action and made yourself look so bad for doing so. Re read the post and familiarize yourself. Take a customer service course while you're at it, clearly you don't know how to deal with a customer without disrespecting them. Look at you, you are still bickering and fighting with me about this. You call yourself professional? what a joke.

  Took my car in for an exterior clean up. Car looks great now and the staff was so fast and friendly. Excellent service and great prices. Nice to know there is a place I can trust my beloved car with.
