  If this isn’t the dirtiest restaurant in London, I’d be curious to see what could be worse. Degenerate customers with kids running around and staff that look like they’re on methadone. This place needs a manager: if you find a clean table, cherish it in your heart and enjoy your meal.

  Decided to eat here. Wrong decision. The service was incredibly slow, I waited almost 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. And it was basically empty in here. The food. Cheap price. Cheap food. My burger was cold and soggy and my friend had gotten a cheese burger and the cheese was rock hard. The only good thing about this visit was one employee named mark. He was friendly, he was nice. But I would not recommend eating here.

  i have been to this location several times over the last decade and i have NEVER been satisfied. HOWEVER, I just came out today after placing an order and the staff were reasonable friendly and considerate and i actually got what i ordered. I give a 5 star review for the amazing difference in both service and attitude among the staff..... those who have experienced the poor service in the past i reccomend you give them the benefit of the doubt and attempt this location during afternoon hours and witness the changes for yourselves. Very impressed and very happy. Thanks guys. :)

  Waited almost 10 minutes in restaurant after we ordered. Three people who ordered after us were served before us. (We ordered 2 whopper combos with milkshakes). The one order was placed a full 5 minutes after ours! When I asked if we were going to be served I felt like I was inconveniencing them. We had to walk around the entire restaurant to find a clean table and our food was ice cold! Disgusting is the best word I can think of!

  Food is delicious but don't ask them to fix a burger. Their policy is to make a new burger if you burger isn't correct. Not take your burger slap on what is missing then give the same burger back! Also the cashier let's people but in front of you. They need to work on service.
