  I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted at the service we received tonight. My daughter and I pulled into the driverhru at 6:43 pm there were approximately 5 cars ahead of us so we expected a delay, as well as it being so close to Christmas and a Friday evening. We ordered 1 beef crunch wrap supreme combo with supreme fries and a Dr Pepper. And 1 spicy beef crunch wrap only. When we were at the window to pay, we watched as numerous guests, at least 7, inside the store, order after us and receive their food before us. There was no apology or reason given for the delay, we were just completely ignored at the window as we sat over 15 minutes waiting and watching. We received our order at 7:22 pm, that's 39 minutes in a drive thru line for fast food, that you cannot pull out of line from. Vehicles behind us were honking in frustration. After receiving our order, we drove away, my daughter was so hungry she started digging in the bag for her spicy beef crunch wrap supreme to find that we were given chicken. I turned around and went back to the store and took everything in, and explain to them what happened and requested a refund. The young man offered no reasoning, offer, or apology again. I am so disappointed in the poor customer service at this location I will never return there. Numerous other fast food restaurants offer some sort of free item or discount for such a long wait, at this store, no amount of customer service was even provided.

  The staff is very nice, but the products are always very stale, and the food never taste any good. Absolutely never satisfies the Taco Bell cravings. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and went back five separate times over the past year, and the food is consistently bad. Will not be back.

  This place is awful, waited 25 minutes in the drive through to get crappy cold food. I'll never go back here again. Lots of better places around the area to spend money at. Avoid this place at all costs.

  This is by far the slowest fast food place I have ever been to. You'd think with all the time they have they'd be able to get your order correct. Not the case here.

  Disgusting place, no where to eat in because every table is dirty. It is a Taco Bell so I don't know why I expected better. Don't bother with anything "supreme"; although not specific to this location, it consists of a glob of cheese and sour cream, about 10 small pieces of tomato and a pinch of chives. There were fruit flies buzzing around our food. Service was very slow. They seem very disorganized and could here employees yelling in the back. Although a visit to Taco Bell is rare for me, I won't visit this location ever again.
