    1 year return policy on all unworn shoes.

    Clean and organized but they need more signage if there staff is unaware of the products they sale. If I’m looking for a winter boot I’d like a sticker or sign that identities water proof boots.

    We did purchase a pair of boots but I don’t know if I will return in the near future.

    The store was clean, everything was in its place and the staff was friendly. There was a lack of product knowledge by all the employees to the point I was telling them things about the products they were selling. I did not find the staff to be very helpful. The store had no other clients but us in it but all four employees seemed very uninterested.
