    Went in to check out the sale and see if they had my shoe size in stock. The man inside the store was great and insisted that when i was ready to make a purchase he would help me find what i need. However when i went outside to look at the sale stand. The man there was very pushy and loudly made remarks about my current shoes and how they looked awful. He did this long enough that me and my husband had to walk away without buying anything because i was so insulted. Not a great experience.

    Great one to one customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly service! Always have the selection of New Balance shoes that I am looking for!

    Very helpful and knowledgable staff. They took the time to help me find a very comfortable shoe that would work with my orthotic. You can tell they have a lot of experience. Would definitely come back to this location again.
