    The staff is extremely rude, especially the elderly lady with a white bob haircut, gave me attitude when I asked for help. very little selection, and messy store!

    It's so pretty but one thing that they could get better at is that when I went to the check out line I said hi 46 times and the lady agnorde me the hole time

    I went into this store with my young daughter, drove across the city for this specific store as we heard it was the only one that carried the shoes we were looking for. My daughter needed to use the washroomthey said no, you can go next door. I explained we weren't shopping next door and they (all 3 customer service reps) said no they do not have a public washroom. They looked at me like I was insane, they were looking at eachother like I was completely out of place. We left, didn't buy those shoes and searched out another option another day. WILL NEVER GO BACK

    who hired this girl? I asked her how much is this shoe and she said "it is above your pay grade" , will never going to buy anything from this store !
