  After hearing you announce the product that you had been handed did not meet your expectations I examined the Peanut Buster Parfait that my staff had handed to you. It appeared to be the correct size, the only imperfection was that the layers of fudge and nuts were not perfectly spaced. To my standards, it looked acceptable, I did not observe any glaring issues with it. There was no valid reason for your complaint.

  Unbelievable blizzard but lots points for this sundae. No consistency in how there made... watch 3 of the same type get made and only one had fudge on the bottom and top. Also, no nuts, whipped cream or cherry. Even if it does cost more (which it shouldn't at the price) it should at least be offered, no?

  So was just in getting blizzards for the family and they did not flip my blizzards when they served us... i ask them about the blizzard promise and they told me they didnt have to do that..... very displeased

  From my perspective, It is over $5 worth of product that would end up in the trash unnecessarily - a complete waste. And you were condescending and rude to my staff, a young nursing student, who had been working very hard all day.
