    Do not book with this place!!!!! They lie just to get your money for their commission!!!!! I tried to get in contact with my agent 10 times before i was ready to leave for my trip and they neglected to deal with me at all....when I asked to have my house switched to a hot tub!!! When I arrived to see if my agent had spoken with them they said she had never even contacted them once!!!! what a joke!!!!! I strongly recommend researching your own vacation and book it online yourself do not give these people a commission!!!!

    no customer service skill set, no problem collecting the funds, getting the tickets is like pulling teeth....i suggest booking on line directly save yourself the headaches !!!!!
