  I wish I could give no stars! We moved from Hamilton to London’ and decided to try going here. I do not recommend going here ever!! The prices are cheap but we had a horrible experience which makes the prices not worth it. The staff treated me and my pup like garbage. My pup is very well trained but she loves to see people and she gets a little excited she is a dog after all.

  I came from 90 minutes away because I heard they're prices can't be beat... But I'm honestly not sure it's worth the savings. 1st time I came, they were over an hour behind. This time, I'm typing this review from the waiting room... My appointment time was 2 hours ago, and yet I'm still here. There is a total disrespect for the busy lives of their customers.

  I did have my dog's surgery done here a few months ago, and their price was great and post surgery follow up was good too. That's why I gave 3 stars despite his upset I am right now.

  We had taken our Dogs to Staples for years. The techs and front reception were all very good, but since Dr. Staples left, everything went to pit! The Vet who had taken over seemed fine at the beginning then we were attended to by another Vet whom I come to realize later was not to long out of College and rather inexperienced. I regret my little Sophie of 16 1/2 years was not given the proper treatment for her kidney disease from the beginning. I come to realize after seeing the Vets at London Regional that Sophie was suffering from extremely high blood pressure and this had existed for quite sometime and as a result damaged her kidneys. It has been 7 months since her passing and I am still filled with regrets. It is like we were pushed off to some rookie. I think Dr Vierra doesn't realize or just doesn't care. I am thinking I should have left there and dealt with real professionals and at least have given my little girl some relief, never again! I'm so sorry Sophie.

  Afterwards I went to Firth Animal Clinic and it was the best experience. The staff and doctors are so sweet and kind and if you need help and advice or are having trouble with your pet they are always so helpful and they never look down at you for not being “perfect”. DO NOT, give your money to Staples animal clinic.

  A couple days ago I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at an animal clinic, I can tell they do not care about the animals and just about the money.

  I took my lab here for the better part of decade. They can get busy, and you may have to wait a bit, but the prices are reasonable and the staff were better than amazing

  This tattooed blond lady that works there was extremely rude to me, when she called my dogs name and I said hello to her, she didn’t answer, all she said was “wait in there!”. In the exam room she was so judgemental, I was extremely shocked when she told me that I shouldn’t be coming to this clinic if I can’t speak english very well, I was disgusted and I immediately left to go to another clinic . And of course as I was leaving the clinic she said hello to everyone else who could speak “proper English”. I will not be treated this way again.

  She tried to look in Coco’s mouth and coco moved her head back beause of course she’s scared. The tattooed lady grabbed my dogs ear to pulled her toward her and she yelped. Angry I told her I don’t appreciate the way you handle my dog and she told me that I don’t know how to train coco anyways. I left, upset and offended, how can someone like that be working in a vets clinic. I don’t know if she picks and chooses who she’s want to disrespect but she needs to get fired immediately.

  There was a lady there with blond hair and tattoos all over, When she called my pup coco, I didn’t hear her the first time because I have bad hearing. I asked her if she called me because I wasn’t sure, and she looked at me and with a rude attitude and said louder “if your dog is named coco then I called you”. This irritated me but I brushed it off. Inside the exams room Coco was sacred and whining a bit loudly, the tattooed lady told me right to my face that coco was not properly trained and I’m not doing a good job. I was shocked, I came here just to get my pup looked over and her shots and not for her professional training advice.
