  I went in to buy some Aveda hand and body lotion. They didn't have the brand I was wanting in a regular bottle so I was gonna try a new brand. At the checkout they had sample bottles of the brand I wanted. So I decided to take 3 of those instead. Due to allergies I like to stick with what I'm familiar. I'd like to know when items that are priced $11.00 come to a total of $44.05. With taxes it should have been $37.29. Watch out this place is dishonest

  I have been going to Jessica for over a year? I've lost track. She does an amazing job, it's just beautiful each time. Very trendy and up to date, I feel like a million bucks when I leave there. I work at a physio clinic and am always getting compliments after she has cut it. I never got any before I started coming there. The atmosphere is so pretty, wonderful, quirky decorating touches, everyone is smiling and friendly. Can't rave enough about the salon and Jessica .

  I went in for what I thought was pretty straightforward foil highlights and a trim. I left with over bleached hair, visible roots and hair that looked like the ends were singed off (fine, curly hair was cut with a razor). I went back to have this corrected which they were very happy to do, but she tried to fix it by re-bleaching the crown of my head. It was fine for one day, then turned brassy yellow, still visible roots and a crap haircut. I spent about $300 at this salon (hair and products purchased). The stylist obviously has no experience, but the correction was done by her and the owner of the salon. I went to a different salon to have the colour corrected and to get a decent cut. When I called Allure to ask about getting a refund, for at least the colour I was told 'we did a perfect job' without even seeing my hair the following day. In the end I decided the annoyance of having to step back in this salon wasn't worth it and let it go, but everyone knows who gave me the terrible dye job I had for two weeks.

  Just got my hair fixed after a bad hack job at another salon. They did an amazing job- I've always had good haircuts here. They really listen to what you want and make it happen! I'm so happy with my hair now!
