The day ended and I did not get a call. I called the next day and was told they did not look at it and they should be looking at it that day. Day ends, again no call.

If you had no idea what you were doing it would have been nice to know this much earlier so I could have found a proper shop to bring my car. Now I am stuck cabbing to work while I take my car elsewhere to get it repaired.

For years I took my cars to jiffy lube but they never check anything out on your car other than just doing the basic oil change. I like to know if something is starting to go on my car. So when the guys at Midas did my oil change they also put new screws in my skid plate (which I brought with me, because jiffy lube said there were some missing) and also let me know my back brakes were getting a little rusty, which I already figured I would need brakes soon but felt great when they let me know! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone :) Also no wait time they got me in that day. Thanks Midas

I call Monday and all they say is that it is not ready and it's in the shop. I tell them if its not done today than I am just taking the car for I need it for work and the car I am using will no longer be available.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I brought in my car because the key was stuck in the ignition. I was ready to leave my car there for a few days but I was told surprisingly that they would tell me what was wrong that same day.

I wait untill near close and call them 4 times, no answer as if they are sick of hearing from me. I get there a few minutes later and there was only one customer inside and multiple staff members so there would be no reason to ignore my call.

Bottom line is they don't know how to properly fix cars and just waste your time giving you the runaround. I would never come back here again, not for repairs, not for oil changes, not for tires changes, nothing.

I call the next day and they tell me the technician that is supposed to be working on it called in sick. I guess they think there is only one competent person who works there who can work on real issues. The next day is Sunday and they are closed.

Amazing customer service! I would recommend this location to anyone who needs work on their vehicle, they are honest upfront and have very reasonable prices, I trust the Midas touch!

A rare find, honest repair shop that tells directly what's up. The pop for customers is a nice touch too.

I go in and ask what is going on and they just say they don't know how to fix it. Don't know how to fix it? Are you guys not supposed to be mechanics or do you just know how to change oil and tires? That's all I got a "don't know what it could be, cant figure it out". I did not even get an apology for what has happened. The owner would not even make eye contact with me.
