  I suffer Complex PTSD. If you suffer the same injury you will know that even thinking about going to see a dentist creates a trigger and reaction and knowing you will be struggling for a time after the visit. It takes all the courage you can muster , it takes most people all they can muster. :) I was looking for a dentist who offered the option for Nitrous Oxide. (gas) . I found Dr Martinez and read her story and her mission and goal to take the fear and discomfort out of the dental experience.

  I have had major work done rebuilding and extractions and more. Key words I HAVE HAD. Because of Dr Martinez and her vision and goal I have had all the work done . She has worked with my PTSD, and with my healing . She has created an absolute atmosphere of calm, inviting , comfort and most importantly TRUST. I dont feel now I even need the gas because of her and her staff. Her staff is not just inviting and courteous and friendly , they are sincere and genuine. They are very attentive and also seem to know when to just give you space if your having a hard time. because they care enough to take notice of how you are feeling that given day. They are amazing and I actually look forward to going to see them . I am not Embarrassed if I am nervous or rattled, which is so important . I wish to add also that Dr. Martinez is an ARTIST. she is passionate about her work . She got me ready for my sons wedding , going to big events is a very hard thing for us. I was able to attend my sons wedding with a beautiful new smile . BUT it was her sincere caring and passion for her work and for people that she puts into her work and art that made my Smile . I want to thank her and the Space she has created for ease and comfort . It is not a Fear trigger for me anymore and that is the most incredible GIFT to receive . Thank you Dr Martinez and all your wonderful staff.

  Everyone hates going to the dentist, but this office changes that feeling. They make you feel very comfortable and not to fear a thing. They offer every service with all new technologies and equipment. You even get to watch Netflix as you are getting work done. The staff are welcoming and polite, and assist you with your billing needs, even dealing with the difficult insurance companies. Prices are reasonable as work is professional. I can believe this office is one of the best in southern Ontario, luckily in London. They also have other offices to around Ontario. I highly recommend this office!
