  Dan, the store manager called me 2 months ago to let me know I was due for an upgrade and if I wanted to consider one. I did, and he suggested waiting to see what deals there would be for Black Friday. He called back when he said he would and although there weren’t deals on the iPhone X I told him I would be in soon to get a new phone. He followed up again a few weeks later and when I went into the store yesterday he remembered talking to me and even my last name. He was absolutely fabulous to deal with, went way above and beyond and I would highly recommend this store to anyone, and I will! As a business owner, I really appreciate great customer service. When I was there a gal came in, in a panic about her locked phone and he immediately got everything fixed up within minutes so she could get to work on time. Dealing with this store is such an improvement over dealing with someone on the phone.

  Ashley was great in upgrading my 2 iPhone 6s to 2 new iPhone 8s. Very thorough in going through the billing options and ensured we had the right plans for our needs. And was very (extremely?) patient with me during the configuration of the new iPhones as it took awhile to recall my encrypted backup passwords.

  This is the only Bell store I go to and it is for the people that work there. They are always helpful and informative. They work with Bell’s offers to get you the best deal they can.
