    My wife loves lilies, so trying to be a good husband, I decided to surprise her with a bouquet of lilies. Trying to support local business I used Graceful Petals Flowers. I ordered the bouquet named lively lilies, and even upgraded to a deluxe bouquet. A bouquet was delivered, not lilies, and when I called to complain, was simply told, oh, that's just the name of the bouquet.
